The short version

Two kinds of information reach us: basic, aggregate usage data that helps us understand how the site is used, and the details you choose to type into a form when requesting a quote or estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not collect anything beyond what is described below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions with the site. We use this information in aggregate to improve our content and measure site performance. Google may set or read analytics cookies as part of this service. The business-visitor identification described below is a separate practice from Google Analytics.

Business-visitor identification

We use IP-address-based lookups and a third-party tool (Snitcher) to identify which company a visitor works for, based on the network the visitor is connecting from. This tells us things like "a visitor from Acme Corp viewed our pricing page," which helps our sales team follow up with businesses who may be evaluating contact-center-as-a-service (CCaaS) platforms. This does not identify you personally by name — it identifies the company associated with the IP address you're browsing from, not an individual person, unless you separately submit a form.

This identification does not run for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland — those regions are not served by this site.

Cookies

We keep cookies and browser storage to a minimum:

• A stored acknowledgment that you've seen this site's cookie notice, so it doesn't reappear on every visit.
• Google Analytics cookies and similar identifiers used to distinguish sessions and measure aggregate site usage.
• You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

Lead forms

Our quote and estimate forms collect only the details you choose to enter — typically your name, work email, company, and phone number. We use this information solely to follow up about your request. Submissions are received by Netlify Forms and copied into a Google Sheet our team uses to follow up with you. We do not sell them.

Where we don't operate

This site does not serve visitors located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
